Become a Certified DHT:
1. Sign up and create an account
2. Watch the DHT Training
3. Complete the DHT Certification Course
4. Complete a DHT update form ONE TIME per month for 3 consecutive months.
*Only complete a form for the current month. Do not complete a form for past months.
*The DHT monthly update form has a 30 day lockout. For example: If you complete your DHT Update on the 5th of the month, you are locked out until the 6th of the following month.
*Upon completion of the above tasks you are now eligible for certification and will need to complete the DHT knowledge test which can be found under the DHT knowledge test tab. All questions must be answered correctly to receive approval for Certification.
*To remain Certified, continue to submit the 'DHT Monthly Update' once every 30 days.
